Confidence Club
Supports girls+ aged 10–14 to playfully learn about important topics related to growing up - setting them up for a healthy relationship with their bodies and minds, while making friends and having fun.

Our autumn/winter term is now open for registrations
We offer paid spaces and free spaces for specific groups of young people.
A club built around girls+

Self-esteem
Games and activities that help girls recognise their own strengths and worth.
Friendship
A safe, small-group space to build genuine peer support and connection.
